Subscription & Payment Terms

These Subscription & Payment Terms apply to all premium services offered by DK Software Solution through this application. All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively via the Google Play Billing System.

1. Subscription Plans

You may purchase access to premium features through subscription plans, which may include different tiers (such as free, pro, or premium) and different billing periods (such as weekly, monthly, or yearly).

All subscription payments are handled securely by the Google Play Store.

2. Free Trial

Some subscription plans may include a free trial for a limited period. If you do not cancel your free trial before it ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the applicable rate.

You can cancel your free trial at any time through your Google Play account settings.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Google Play account will be charged at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method associated with your account.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period, except where required by law or Google Play policies.

5. Pricing & Transparency

Subscription prices, applicable taxes, and billing frequency are clearly displayed in your local currency before you confirm your purchase.

Subscription fees may change in the future. Any changes will be communicated through the Google Play Store in accordance with its policies.

6. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscriptions, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, directly through your Google Play Store account settings.

7. User Consent

By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the recurring billing terms and authorize Google Play to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription plan.

8. Compliance with Google Play Billing

All subscriptions and in-app purchases comply fully with Google Play’s billing policies. External payment methods or third-party payment processors are not used.

Your use of the subscription services is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are available within the application and on our official website.
